Absolutely NOT. Guns should not be given to any civilians let alone children and students. Talk about safety disaster. Country's like the United States need to rethink their gun policy if they think handing out guns will protect students etc from danger or voilence from others. Handing guns over to people and students would cause chaos. Can you imagine, each time a student gets mad and they use the gun to shoot something until someone gets injured or dies. People make impulse decisions especially when emotions take over. Besides, its contradictory by using guns to keep people safe. If everyone had a gun no one would be safe.
