I caught my neighbours having sex, what happened after has me wishing I had not decided to observe?

Ok so last week I was washing my dishes and enjoying a podcast when I looked up to see my neighbours having sex, to clarify, I know the neighbours, as I commonly am talking to them in the backyard, so seeing them having sex was something I did not expect to see, two days later, while I was mowing the lawn, my female neighbour was relaxing in her chaise, she and I eventually had a conversation, then I confessed to her and said “I have been debating to myself whether to tell you this or not, but I hate keeping secrets, I saw you guys having sex two days ago while I was washing the dishes”, my female neighbour clearly blushed and said “Oh geez, I’m so sorry, something tells me you enjoyed what you saw though”, I said “Yeah, I mean I am a man so of course seeing a couple having sex will turn me on”, my female neighbour the said “Well me and my husband are always trying to experiment with various sex positions, and I suggested yesterday if he would like to try getting someone else over to try on double penetration, he told me, that he is up for it, if I could find someone else I’m comfortable with, by chance, are you interested?” I was speechless I just said “Would you excuse me for a moment, I think I left my roast in the oven, I need to make sure it isn't burning”, I walked inside and leaned against the wall surprised and in shock thinking “I know my female neighbour is hot but, inviting me to have sex with her and her husband, I dunno what to do or say” Like, I want to take her up on her invite, I really do, but I’m worried that things will end sourly.
