There's no real way to be able to tell, from looking at someone, what size their junk is. Only one way you can tell is if the guy drops his pants. The feet thing is a rumor, the thumb thing doesn't make sense, and anything else you can think of probably started as a joke of some kind or a myth.

That depends on how you measure your thumb. Do you start where the web of skin on the hand turns in the direction of the thumb, or do you force the skin back to where the bone joint is under the skin? But then, the same applies to the measurement of the penis. lol
