I have no idea how to answer this question.
I'm aware that ants love sugar.
But I wasn't aware that ants drinking pee is a sign someone is diabetic.

I think ants also consume other bodily fluids, but that's for the proteins.

Well, the logic seems to be ants are drawn to sugar, so if you have diabetes, there's more sugar in your urine, and so hungry ants might get desperate.
