It looks large except this is literally the size of a rice grain in real life. Also it has round eyes and not pointed

I have traps with peanut butter for over a week and nothing touched or caught. Found this on my bed. I am so grossed out

It could be but if it is, there must be another food source near by. You mentioned setting traps with peanut butter but that won't always work. For example, I once set a trap with cheap supermarket cheese and they wouldn't go near it.. but as soon as I used a high quality cheese they went after it. Animals often want high quality produce. I saw two mice coming after some ghee butter that had fallen in the soil 3 weeks ago!

Try cathedral cheese or high quality ghee. The best traps are 'little nipper'. Most others are crap. You could also set a little camera to find out for sure.
