I think if you glance it happens cool, but when you stare and point and exceed even to taking photos or whatever the case where you just start to be weird and disrespectful then no. I hate when I’m just wearing regular clothes and guys stare at my whatever it’s very uncomfortable. They’re going to do it anyways i guess. You should always be respectful. Its okay to glance and admire briefly. But anything more and its just creepy. If you want to look at them more I suggest going and talking to them like a normal person and compliment them with something respectful.
