Could Subliminal’s Work To Change Someone’s Physical Appearance?

In case you live under a rock, there’s a community on YouTube that’s been slowly growing for the past 4 years.

Basically the idea is that, you listen to this music, and hidden in them are affirmations.
For example if you wanted blue eyes, it would repeat to you things along the lines of “My eye color is changing to blue”

It sounds so ridiculous. I wasn’t able to find any studies done on this, just peoples results like the ones I’ve linked.

Another thing I saw is, there are a lot of subliminal channels which have destroyed people’s life’s such as “Mind Power”. Mind power was supposedly someone involved in witchcraft, she put negative affirmations, I mean some pretty grim things. She was removed from YouTube and a number of people are having to seek therapy, experiencing horrific nightmares etc.

Honestly, part of me wants to dismiss this as being something fake since the concept is seriously so absurd. But considering how many people actually believe this... I mean MILLIONS of people, I don’t know anymore.
