My desk at home and at work is always cluttered.

And if I know I will wear the same clothes the next day, ie belt, pants sweater, I don't see the point of throwing them in my closet, so I just put them on my armchair.

I hate filth, but I'm too lazy to clean it.

Extremely neat in where people can see and will be enter.. but where people can't see or enter I'm pretty messy... but as soon as you wanna come in, the mess must vanish! I will never present myself or anything of me in a mess. but if i'm alone... it's messy D: :D
