Most dogs are innocent they don't lie they just want to have fun and be loved. Humans are mostly all trash that sleeps around with multiple partners and are dirty and cannot be trusted. You do the math.

One sighted people do harm. Stay out of them. In your case, I assume that dog owner is actually a dog... but in human form. You need to be careful handling him/her like if s/he is a dog.
