I know plenty of guys that are 5'10" or shorter that are married or in relationships so though there might be some women that would want someone taller than that, I'm pretty sure there are plenty for whom it's not a problem. I think the average height for an American guy is about 5'9" so 5'10" really isn't short - in fact it's slightly above average.
Not in my experience. I am 5’11 and it’s never been a concern
5’10” is fine but I’d wish he was a little taller.
