I suck I know but I can't think of anything else because you could try to make a new friend but I don't know if you ask them for physical affection pretty quickly they would be weird out I think, especially since a lot of women get weird out by the tiniest stuff nowadays.

It's a double edged sword though, it means that you don't enjoy as much simple things like cuddles and hugs too. Sure you have less cravings, but their positive effects are probably not as intense either.

I don't enjoy them, they annoy me, I get too warm when somebody hold my hand or hug me. I find them annoying. It's just annoying when people want to hug me or when they hold my hand all night, I just want to get away but don''t want to hurt so I'm stuck

That's my point, you don't crave them because you don't enjoy them so that's one less thing to enjoy in life. But it's okay, not everyone likes that sort of affection.
