There are women who sexually harass men too. Men have to worry about false allegations of sexual harassment and rape. Western society favors women over men.
I said probably need to worry less as I know men are being harrased and abused and raped as well probably as much as women, however their report is even lower than women's. In this sense I agree about favouring, that we tend to believe a woman can be harrassed, while a men cannot be. This is bullshit. But, I truly disagree that Western society favours women. What I see that in a great percentage of each report the abused person is being victim blamed. That is not even close to being favoured over anyone.
