Millenials always talk about how great the 80s and 89s was, but name something from the 2 decades that was actually cringe or overrated?

What I loved and hated about the eighties: loved - New Kids on the block (when I was seven lol), rat pack movies and slap bracelets. Hated - mullet haircuts, florescent clothes

What I loved and hated about the nineties: loved - 90210, Blossom, Hanson, Clueless, the boy bands, Spice Girls, babydoll dresses and beanie babies. Hated - grunge music (and fashion), jnco jeans and hearing about Monica Lewinsky.

The main thing I saw is that the 90's had a lot of baggy clothes.
That's fine, but if you look back you'll even see some men like stand up comedians and athletes wearing baggy suits to dress up.
It looks so bad to me now.
The 80's had the mullet haircuts that ruined a lot of school pictues in my opinion.

The 1980's rocked , best era of music ever. Nice sports cars , great TV shows, classic movies. If you made $18,000 a year where I lived , you were Middle Class , now that would be considered poor.
