What should I do? Client trying to get me fired?

I have a client who’s trying to get me fired about ex boyfriend drama. She’s been harassing me and threatening me. She told my boss I’m the one causing issues when I did not even know who she was until she confronted me about having a problem with her. I don’t have a problem with her but she thinks I do because I’m her boyfriend’s ex. Should I tell my boss about her confronting me? Or just wait until he asks about it. I don’t want to cause more issues than there already are of this situation.

I don’t even know how to say it because i have been messing up at work but not directly toward anyone i just have a bad memory and i feel like an idiot nobody believes me but genuinely i am nice to anyone i just have a resting b face if you know what that is and people take it personal i guess wearing the mask doesn’t help the case either i’m always smiling
