I did it when she asked but now she keeps asking for it quite frequently... and her feet are often cold and sweaty... How do I get out of that situation politely? She owns the store by the way so yeah.. She's demanding

you could say, I'm sorry ma'am I don't have a certification in massaging and don't want to cause your beautiful feet to become damaged by my crude massages, just like how a good massage gets rid of health problems, one done wrong can cause them.

Also, isn't she abusing her power? Just because she owns the store, doesn't mean she can ask you nonwork-related things. And rubbing her fiit is definitely too personal. I dont think she could fire you if you refuse her.
