Why does this girl at work keep touching my butt?

It happens SO often and it's gone on for long enough. And to be completely frank and honest, she's pretty gross. It's really getting on my nerves.

I'm talking multiple times, every single shift I work with her. It's pretty whack.

Thing is, I really don't want to make a scene. If there's a tactful way of handling it, that's what I want to do.

I also want to mention that while we do work in a cramped space, it's only ever her that does it, which in itself is suspicious if you want to call it that lol.

Ask her politely to stop. I imagine you have already, so if she is ignoring you, this is sexual harassment. She has no right to touch you inappropriately, and you are protected by law at work.
Just because she's a girl doesn't mean she should get away with being a pervert.

Granted you may have an incredibly nice butt, but it's not hers to touch.
If she fails to respond to your request to stop, tell her you're flattered, but feel uncomfortable, as you don't see her like that. If she kicks off, or has a problem, don't hesitate, take it to your manager ASAP.

If a girl was asking this question, and a guy was touching her butt every day, without permission and she thought he was ugly, what would you tell her to do. It's the same for you!
