Is it okay to massage my boss's feet?

I normally don't do that and i would do that only do it for my significant other but my boss the owner of the cloth shop i work at asked me to do it, she just put her feet up and asked me to massage them and ugh they were cold and sweaty and now she occasionally asks for one from time to time, now if I said no she will probably add me to her " blacklist" and she already fired people, should I just do it or she will probably asks for more stuff in the future and it would be unacceptable? Pls help with your thoughts

Regardless of country/culture/religion, employer will always try to exploit the employee's conditions and take advantage. Now if you (speaking collectively) are in need of money and want a job badly, then employer knows it right away. On the other hand, if you are financially good then you will tell them on their face that: "massaging your feet was not in my job description".

Looks like you need this job (don't be embarrassed, all of us need that) and you don't want to lose it. The best you can do is, bear her. Find a new job with current pay scale and leave this one amicably. When leaving, do not say anything. Trust me, she will know why you leaving.
