i only taped it like this to keep it from any extra movement i know this isn’t the proper way to tape this

whether is the knuckle or the tendons, you've lost movement of the fingers, and both need a check-up from the doctor, it will not get better, and if it starts healing the wrong way, it could be permanent damage, and sorry to say this but if you go later it could require to break your knuckle again to repair it fully.
I've seen stuff like this in soccer goalies.

Ice it, take some pain killers, elevate it to avoid swelling and tape it to something that leaves the joint in a neutral position not pulling over...
Then see a doctor in the morning.
