1. Focus on improving yourself before you criticize or judge others
2. Be a person of service and not a person that indulges because there can be no security or progress without service
3. If your too comfortable and happy your not working hard enough
4. Let empathy and good will be the basis of your relationships and not contractual agreements to share knowledge or energy or material resources because contractual connections without good will will often turn toxic and wicked
5. Avoiding jerks is probably one of the most important skills you can have - it might even save your life
6. Do not let pessimists define you because a pessimist is ignorant of your potential.
7. Let higher visions and goals guide you and do not settle for monotony
8. A little bit of kindness is sacred - a lot of pity by people will drown out your spirit
9. Remember being successful involves the quest for growth more than it involves the results of accomplishment because many people have money but no emotional maturity
10. Be personal and objective and specific when showing good will towards others, to avoid being rejected or offensive to people
I have learned that sometimes empathy comes from when you least expect.
We don't make plans for life, life makes plans for us.
In some cases, family ties mean nothing. Your friends or even strangers can be your family.
Never trust anyone,
People who follow the crowd are dumb (mostly),
Say less than required to have more value on what you say,
Care about yourself first then others,
Be rational than being more emotional,
Stay clear from snowflakes,
Never induldge in drama,
Do what you like to you don't care about being judged,
You can't change others by criticism,
Don't get manipulated by other, be intelligent enough to know what's good for you.
Don't regret any decision cuz we don't know what might have been the outcome of choosing something else (it could end up even worse).
Have patience.
Always buy the best quality you can afford
Buy land and metals, they can't print more
Both tid-bits from my late antique dealer who in her 89 years went from (by her own admission) piss poor to being worth 8 figures (well it would be 9 figures if we were to use the USD exchange)

It seems to me that every time I became proud of myself for whatever reason, if I wasn't careful with my own self importance my pride would turn into arrogance. Inevitably, my narcissistic behavior would backfire, and I would become a wiser individual with a newfound down to earth humility. As obvious as it is, maintaining a humble foundation is one of the best tools we have at our disposal to maintain an open mind. Which optimizes our learning potential.
I’ve learned that “Black lives matter” wants to solve racism by being racist to white people. Genius. My prayers go to Jessica Whitaker and her family. Shot because she said all lives matter.

invest in yourself mentally physically and financially
don't overwork yourself without a goal otherwise your on a hamster wheel
don't be afraid to ask for help
don't be so prideful admit when you're wrong
outwork people and study people who are better than you or out working you

That time wasted can never be gotten back...
That there's far greater riches in life than just money...
To always remember to appreciate the little things in life because sometimes it's the little things that can make the biggest difference..
Most people are idiots and worth taking seriously, but you should be nice to them anyway, cause being an asshole only works if you're rich.
Never agree to test drive a race car you're not familiar with, and find out when the last time each component was magnafluxed.
