It's a bad thing not to trust people. However you can still protect yourself by knowing you can always trust people to do what's in their nature.

A lot of the people we think are dumb simply have a different approach at things than most others.

The most effective way to change someone's mind is to change how they feel about it. Logic, very rarely will do the trick unless the person is extremely self aware. Our brains are hardwired to come up with any rationality for our decisions. The part of the brain responsible for this largely is what connects both haves together.

Being talanted will bring just as much hate as admiration and if you're not prepared, it can very quickly go to one side or the other.

Life has been teaching me that I'm not doing so bad and I need to trust my instincts more.

When I started doing well I decided to address my insecurities. I thought I was narssistic (probably still am a little 😂) I thought I was an ass (has some truth to it) I thought I didn't deserve the good things that were happening to me and I was so worried that maybe in the process of spending so much time trying not to let people who hate me inside my head, i actually deluded myself into being blind of my flaws and that I only got where I was because I was young, good looking and very lucky.

But getting to look back the last 10 years I can see so clearly that I was worried about nothing.

I was always fighting to be there for my family as much as possible, I did everything I knew how to do to be good to the people around me. I had a good reputation amungst professionals who I worked with that I also had respect for.

Another big part of feeling comfortable was building my ego. I used to think having any ego was bad because I didn't understand what an ego is. Back then it represented to me, your materialism, pride and greed. Which in simple terms was not a healthy outlook on your ego.

So I worked very hard picking apart my beliefs through that time and understanding what I believe in and why. That's when it became much easier for me to figure out how I wanted to present myself. Which once I had that figured out it was like the missing piece.

All of a sudden it felt like...

It was like if you were sitting in a race car and everyone zipped off when the light turns green. But you've never really driven the car before, you're thinking everyone's got a better car than you because you're stuck. And you spend so much time trying to figure out why you can't start it until now you know everything there is to know about it and then right when you're ready to give up and you're thinking to yourself "Damm I actually probably have one of the best cars here, I bet if I could start now, I could get pretty damn far."

And then all of a sudden someone hands you the keys and starts the engine.

If someone is super secretive with you, and never tell you any secrets or anything personal about them. It’s because they gossip & they believe that that everyone has the same mindset too and they’re quiet so people won’t gossip about them like how they gossip about other people. At first I thought it was a personal choice but now i figured out, they’re just trying to protect themselves because they’re paranoid

There are people in the world that don't like themselves so they're going to try to create chaos drama or judgment in your life and you can't worry about it because they're not going to be in your life

There's no really reason to get angry you have to be able to take a couple steps back and look at the whole situation

Just because I think or feel something does not mean that I'm right.

That we have made of energy and everything on this planet is energy and. Even though everybody has different destinies we all have one that's to become one with ourselves one with others and one with this universe.

That we are all magical we live in a world that has done nothing but lie to us and we should find the real answers

And if you're in a position at the right time at the right moment to help somebody help them just because you can.

Entry people the way you want to be treated it's really easy to do

And smile everyday that people feel that energy because it's beautiful to come in one with somebody is one of the most beautiful things in this world whether it's . Someone you love or just somebody walking down the street

Treat people with respect, even if you don't like them. It's amazing what kindness will do. Hold onto your close friends. Tell them you love and appreciate them often. Everybody dies.

Don't "know too much" about the world. I promise you, that you don't even know 1% of all the knowledge in the universe, approach life with a sense of wondrous optimism.

Treat every good opportunity, relationship, etc as something you get to be alive and be a part of. It's amazing what passion, gratitude and the right mindset will do for your mental health.

You can only change YOURSELF, this is one of the hardest lesson in life. It could also be one of the most empowering.

Martial arts are always worth studying. Follow the Doctor's instructions with medication, ALWAYS. With OTC meds, follow directions on the box ALWAYS. Not all laws are designed to restrict your rights, some of them are to keep your dumb ass safe. Government cannot control culture. When fighting, you can pull a punch, you can't pull a bullet, remember that before throwing either. Everyone has prejudice, acknowledge your's and work to overcome them. Never assume you will always be able to suppress your sex drive, learn to deal with in in as safe and responsible a manner as possible.

Never retaliate with an ex, it's best to leave them alone and go on with life I learned my lesson, I ended up in the magistrate's office and I learned a lesson, never get even with someone just ignore them and go on with life. This girl was previously in a state hospital and she was Schizophrenic. Also, be careful dating someone with a worse mental illness also don't date someone from a Partial Hospitalization Program. So when she rides with me on the medical van, I totally ignore her because I don't want any trouble from her.
