Dog, I would know the meat is fresh.

If I also have no way to cook the flesh I would very much argue in favor of eating raw flesh of dog, as any bacteria/viruses/parasites would have to be cross-species. Eating another human's raw flesh has all the bacteria/viruses/parasites you are susceptible to as well.
