If I could choose, I would choose making emptying yourself unnecessary. The need of going to the bathroom is very annoying. Especially when I'm on a trip and there's no bathroom nearby. It's not fun to sit on the toilet. It's even worse when I'm outside and have to wait. When I'm home I can just go to the bathroom in seconds, but I can't on the bus. If I suddenly feel the urge, I've to wait until I'm home again.
Foods and drinks is something I can enjoy. There's many types that tastes really good and it's not that much of a hassle. Sleep can also be relaxing. It's true you would have more awake time without sleep and can do more things, but I guess it would be boring sometimes. With eight hours extra per days, what I'm supposed to do to entertain myself. I do get easily bored.

Easily water since without it I'll die in about three days and it causes me to urinate a lot because I drink it so often.
Food is pleasurable, not gonna give that up, same with sleep. Dreams.. dreams give me the greatest pleasures, even though such dreams are all too rare.

I actually love sleeping and eating so like... I'm cool w/ those. But water is so annoying. Like you have to remind yourself constantly throughout the day to drink this stupid liquid that tastes like nothing because otherwise your body is like "oh fuck you I'm gonna give you a migraine now you stupid little binch". Food is delicious. Sleep gives you cool dreams where you can fly, breathe under water and do cool magic tricks. Or hang out with your fave pokémon. What the hell has water even done for me!!!
Food. I have long periods of me not being hungry. And I don’t eat. But then I end up passing out all because I genuinely wasn’t hungry. I’d prefer to eat how I want without having to run out of energy. For that reason, food kind of sucks

Would be awesome if I could just eat sometimes when I felt like it, instead of trying to eat healthy and nutritious meals every day.
Water. Sometimes I accidentally go a few days without drinking more than a few sips and just wake up with a splitting headache
Why is sleep #1 in the polls? That's like one of the only joys in this worldHoly crap, this one is hard for me. Both food and sleeping suck for me. I would prefer to do neither of those, given the chance. I dont mind the water. I think I would probably give up eating before sleep, if I could only do one.
Logically, think about it. With sleeping, you're essentially doing 5-8 hours of nothing. It's your body's way of recharging. If you didn't need to do that, you could probably be one of the most productive human beings.
It's a tie between going to the bathroom and sleeping since the digestive system is such a annoying thing and is quite fragile cause unpleasantness but sleep is time consuming
I would say sleep, but sleeping is my way of coping with the world when I'm upset. Feeling angry? SLEEP. Feeling bitter? SLEEP. Feeling like you want to forget the bullshit of the world? SLEEP>
Food, because so much of it is unhealthy when it's cheap and people develop addictions to it instead of dealing with their problems. Sleep would be nice to not have to do, it would give you more time, but I enjoy sleeping.
Honestly, I love all of those things. The only thing I could do without is having to pee, because I drink a lot of water.

I wish they all werent necessary it would make life a lot easier. I pick sleep. If you could be awake all the time and suffer zero negative effects from that. It would be like doubling your lifespan.
Sleep hands down. Why? For the obvious reasons of having more time in the day - or most time in the day and night...
Sleep we spent far too much of are lives asleep so much wasted time. Can you imagine what we could achieve we make use of a full 24 hours a day?
