How much if you could put a number on it
It doesn't even sound like you understand what wealth is... Wealth measures the value of all property owned by a person. Primary wealth is tangible. You must be able to touch, moved, manipulated, and/or measure it. Examples of primary wealth would be agricultural land with fertile soil, water wells, fruit and nut orchards, timber plantations, ore veins, oil and natural gas wells, fisheries, etc. Wealth is the stuff that people need to survive and build a better life for civilization. When you accumulate it, you can use said resources to accomplish goals and batter for labor. Secondary wealth is what is made from primary wealth. Examples would be factories, equipment, warehouses, manufactured goods, etc. You are avoiding real wealth and trying to measure your existence on all the paper abstractions that are layered upon the first two sources of wealth by trying to accumulate cash, stocks, bonds, derivatives, etc. within an economy that is based on perpetual expansion of debt. Cash only has value if you can buy something real with it. You live in fantasy land. You trade labor, for a promise of wealth and accumulate those promises. Yet in the system that is designed around you, inflation constantly devalues those promises, and with any economy stumble or crash most of those promises will be reneged on and with vanish into the ether. If you have a million dollars, you have nothing but a fantasy.

Your generation got FUCKED by boomers and you need to reassess "success" if you have ANY real estate or any multiple of a years salary in the bank / investments then you are successful.
You are not rich if you only have financial assets but nothing behind it.
You can be lonely and be rich with banknotes but you are the poorest soul because you are by yourself and you know that those that "love" you only do it because of your money.
To me, financial assets are unimportant. What matters to me are real friends and family that care for you. I don't need hundreds of thousands but only so much that I can pay for my rent and food. I don't need to go on a holiday every year but I can have just as much fun in my backyard.
I pity all those that place money as the most important thing in life. They are poor to me because they are usually selfish and asocial.

No one would disagree with a liquid millionaire, but it’s relative, and could be much less. Would you consider earning or banked? Top 50, 10, 5, or 1%?
I'd say a million plus
My friend in exotic rentals in worth about £6M and turned 30 this yearif you're single with no kids and living in a town with average cost of living, I'd say at least $333,333
Ask George Bailey, the richest man in town.
