Happy Birthday - IF it is your birthday. I don't know but I'm guessing you might be asking because it's relevant to your life right now. I am okay with celebrating my birthday. I don't like the attention I get but I like the benefits such as eating restaurant meals. I used to buy them myself but the last few times my cousin has gotten me free meals through delivery apps while she was in another country. I'm not a picky eater, I don't need anything expensive, even a $40 meal for 3 at Taco Bell seems lavish and rich to me. That's around 17 per person.

yea but its also depressing at the same time. hate aging
Yes, but probably not in the way you mean. I’ve always celebrated my birthday alone, with rare exceptions. So i have my little traditions and they make me happy. When other people try to “celebrate” my birthday, it feels very contrived and it always ends up being more about what they like and want, and little to nothing of what i like or want.
So, no, i don’t want a party or to be the center of attention. Shoot me a text. I’ll enjoy my birthday alone as god intended and i’ll call you tomorrow to thank you for thinking of me.
Nope only childish people celebrate their birthday when they are above 21 unless it is a milestone. My birthday consists of a card, maybe a present here and there. Not the elaborate crap that most millennial/zoomer 'adults' do these days that they can't really afford and then whine they have no money.

HELL NO!!! Until... my MIL pulled me aside and said "Your birthday isn't about YOU! It's a chance for every one else to say "Were glad you're here". That epiphany struck me... HARD... I never looked at anyone's birthday with the same eyes. Even my own!
Honestly, I'm kinda indifferent to celebrating these days. Mostly because I'm just so busy most of the time.
It is okay. When you are an adult, it just feels like any other day. Now when I was a kid, it was great! I remember waking up on my 7th birthday and actually feeling older.
Of course! It s literally the best day of the year!
Yeah. Doesn't have to be my birthday, but any time with family and friends where there's food, drinks, good conversation, and good vibes is a good time
I do. Unfortunately it's been a long time since I actually celebrated my birthday. I'm planning on doing it this year.
Yes! I like celebrating the birthdays of all my friends and family when given the chance! I enjoy going to birthday parties and functions because it gives me a reason to mingle with friends and family instead of being lonely.
i am turning 40 i do noy really like but i feel like my past relationship is still fresh it is not long ago and so i still do not stress myself
It's less important than it used to be, although it would have been nice to do more for my 50th than buy a cake
Nope. I generally go into hiding unless I'm dating someone and she wants to do something small.
Meh. If friends are in town and we have time to go out, then yes. I won’t just create a party out of thin air for my bday though.
I used to until 2005 when my dad passed away from esophageal cancer the day after my birthday. Matter of fact today is May 23 2024 - 19 years today since my dad died 💔😞😢
Yes. I usually go to dinner, a movie, mall shopping, and casino same day
I love birthdays, so yes. I celebrate for at least a week every year.
Sure, why wouldn't I? A good meal, some good wine. A birthday cake & ice cream. What's not to like?
my birthday is one of some occasions, when I try to gather all of my friends in one place :D
Steak, single malt, a stogie and my only day (well half day) off per year
last time I celebrated it... I was 8 or 9 years old
I do not. It's just another day. Thanksgiving and Christmas are the onky two days that hold any significance to me.
Yeah, because it proves ol' boy is still alive and kicking !!!
