Werewolves! I can predict when they will turn and take necessary precautions. Vampires are predictable too, but they come out every night instead of just every full moon. Zombies are rotting corpses and they'll stink up my neighborhood, plus being more contagious than the former two. Mental patients and killer clowns are too unpredictable, and cereal killers? Nah, those people are downright terrifying.

I would definitely rather have a Cereal Killer neighbor.
Cereal killed my guts for years before I realized that it was the reason I felt sick for several hours every day.
It'd be great to have a neighbor get back at cereal for me.
