My oh my. Well a former "friend" described be this way behind my back. I am none of the really negative connotations people have distilled at all and people rely on me and seek my advice a lot. Not surprising myself and this person drifted apart.

I described my coworker like that once and it wasn't a good thing. To me it meant she would come through and try to take charge, but she didn't really know what was happening so instead of it being helpful it just created problems myselfbamd everyone around me had to fix when she left.

Sounds like someone who is loud, obnoxious, nosy, and probably violent. Unpredictable, probably. I've heard it used to describe people who act bipolar (whether they actually are or not).

I don't know whether I am or not. I know I can have an intimidating presence but that's jist due to my issues with being vulnerable in front of strangers.

It was a toxic work environment and I was just serious, minded my own business and did my job. I spoke with a few people casually and stayed out of the office dramas which were reality-show level drama tbh.

Now I am seeing people's perception of this description, I'm hurt that someone I was so close with and helped so much at the time would say that about me. Anway, we drifted apart ages ago but not on bad terms at all. So it's whatevs.
