I described my coworker like that once and it wasn't a good thing. To me it meant she would come through and try to take charge, but she didn't really know what was happening so instead of it being helpful it just created problems myselfbamd everyone around me had to fix when she left.
u I think of... intensity, energetic, having a presence, spontaneous, challenging... all in all, sounds fun to me.
also... reminded me of this song, which I really like.

Sounds like someone who is loud, obnoxious, nosy, and probably violent. Unpredictable, probably. I've heard it used to describe people who act bipolar (whether they actually are or not).
She is confident enough to lead the X-Men. She knows what lightning can do to a toad. The weather changes depending upon her mood. She looks really hot in white hair.
For me I think it's a good thing she just comes in and takes over and everybody's along for the ride I would think it's a good thing

I would interpret that as someone who can get animated very easily, as well as easily frustrated or angry. A powder keg.
I would be left with the impression that when she gets mad she is like a tornado
It reminds me of the saying "bull in a China shop."
An annoying person who can't sit their asses down and are constantly putting up ruckus or disturbing one's concentration with silly stuff. A type of person that should stay well off my lawn if they want to keep their egos intact.
She's the type of female who should seek help before ever getting in a relationship. In fact most females these days should with that "I'm crazy and I'll fuck you up but I think I'm cute" personalities.
Sounds like they would be annoying. I like more less prone to just blow up.

It would mean that is someone who I would avoid at all costs. Been there, done that, won’t do it again.
She is unpredictable, never knowing if she is going to be crazy and destroy everything or be calm and loving.
Passionate, out spoken, forceful, overwhelming; and not in a good way. I would not say that "like a storm" is a favorable view.
