Well 1st off it's not directly to your blood. 2nd Spiders are really not that dangerous.
Funnel web spiders (Hadronyche formidabilis) are potentially deadly, but no fatalities have occurred since the introduction of modern first-aid techniques and antivenom.
Spiders get a bad rep but honestly they don't do much to humans. It's normal a odd case of an allergic reaction + no first aid nearby.

Well I’ve learned that poison suicide methods are very effective I’ve tried inhaling Large amount of carbon monoxide and this other gas I made from shoe polish , draino and Ajax it made a hissing noise burned my nose and eyes and immediately knocked me out
Either you have a strong immune system or the effects of the venom & tobacco haven't kicked in yet. You might actually get sick later on in the long run.

Could be that the poison needs to get into your blood to do damage but thats just a guess
Venom isn't poison. It has to be injected through a bite or sting rather than consumed to have its toxic effect.
Probably changed it's properties when you burned it up, they inject it into you veins, they don't set it on fire and make you breath it... That is just a guess though
The venom needs contact with the blood in order to have effect
