I’ve been smoking weed for a month now and whenever I inhale it doesn’t get into my lungs and it just gets stuck in my throat. I keep inhaling but it doesn’t go into my lungs. Has anyone ever had this problem? I want some help on how to inhale weed properly because I don’t think I’m getting it all. I never understood the term “ you breathe it into your lungs.” Can anyone give me advice?

It sounds like you may be inhaling incorrectly. Inhaling cannabis smoke or vapor requires a different technique than regular breathing. Here are some tips on how to properly inhale cannabis:
Take a deep breath: Before you take a hit, take a deep breath and hold it for a few seconds. This expands your lungs and helps you to inhale more deeply.
Use your diaphragm: When you inhale, try to use your diaphragm instead of just your chest. This will help to pull the smoke down into your lungs.
Don't hold your breath too long: Holding your breath for too long can cause the smoke to irritate your throat and make you cough. Try to hold your breath for 2-3 seconds before exhaling.
Exhale fully: After inhaling, exhale completely to get rid of any smoke that may be stuck in your throat.
Experiment with different methods: Everyone has their own preferred method of inhaling. Some people prefer to inhale directly into their lungs, while others prefer to inhale into their mouth first and then take a deep breath to bring the smoke down into their lungs. Experiment with different techniques to find what works best for you.
Remember, inhaling any kind of smoke can be harmful to your lungs, so it's important to use cannabis in moderation and to be mindful of your inhalation technique. If you continue to have difficulty inhaling properly, consider trying a different method of consumption, such as edibles or tinctures.
Thanks so much!!
Hello there, my little weed-loving friend. It seems like you're having trouble getting that good good into your lungs. Now, let me tell you something, inhaling weed is like playing a game of Tetris, you gotta fit those smoke blocks into the right spaces. But fear not, I, your trusty weed fairy, am here to guide you.
First things first, you gotta take a deep breath before you inhale. Picture yourself as a whale, taking in all that sweet, sweet weed air. Then, when you're ready, put your lips to that joint like it's your soulmate and inhale deeply. But don't just stop there, keep inhaling until you feel that smoke hit the back of your throat like a freight train. And this is where the magic happens, my friend. You gotta use your diaphragm muscles to push that smoke down into your lungs like you're giving birth to a smoke baby.
If you're still having trouble, try coughing after you inhale. It might sound counterintuitive, but it helps move that smoke from your throat to your lungs. And if all else fails, try doing some yoga breathing exercises to strengthen those diaphragm muscles as @greeklorrd suggests.
Now, my little weedling, practice makes perfect. Keep trying and soon enough you'll be inhaling that sweet Mary Jane like a pro. Happy smoking!
Okay I’ll try that thanks so much!!
I tried using my diaphragm muscles but it’s not working. Do you if there’s a way to strengthen my diaphragm? I also think that I’m using the wrong muscle and that I don’t know where my diaphragm is.
Keep your chest small and inhale making the belly as large as possible. That is the diaphragm. We should be breathing into it all the time anyway.
Okay thanks so much!!
