Probably mostly despair. If there was any way to find those responsible then it would be something I would dedicate myself to. But that's why it's called "trafficking": it moves fast and the whole operation vanishes before anyone can tell it was there in the first place. There is no way to track them down any more than a pin dropped in an ocean. So I would feel the same sort of despair as I feel now, with other people's daughters being abducted by sex traffickers, but perhaps deeper since it is someone I know and raised.

I find it interesting you asked how would I feel, not what would I do. Those people deserve death! not for me to feel something. Many people have become apathetic to justice these days, smh. It starts with words, say it with me, "these abductors deserve death".
