Yes. I have dogs, but if I take my son to the park I take him to the park locally that's a dog-free area. Same with the beaches locally. I take my dogs to the beach where they are allowed and my son to the one where he won't risk building a shitcastle instead of a sandcastle.

The people on here who say they want to let their dogs have fun anywhere they want should be required to pick up all the shit with their bare hands

No, I want the dogs to enjoy the parks. What I want is for their owners to pick up after them. I like to walk in a bird sanctuary up the road from where I live, and there is dog shit all over the trails because people do not pick up after their animals. There are signs about of course, but people ignore them. It's quite annoying.

If a dog park it is ok, if it is in a regular park then it is not ok. A lot of parks don't allow dogs.
