I always try to tip 20%~25% unless there was noticeably bad service. I also make an effort to "not notice" if the staff is attractive, as they are working and it would be inappropriate to mistake overly enthusiastic customer service as genuine flirtation. It is a matter of respect.

A little tbh, but it’s mostly about kindness. (That is if I had the money to tip anyone.)
