Yeah, if you're matching his masculine energy its to imply that he has to be the leader inbthe relationship. He may think you dont respect him since he didn't outright say it. Men want soft, feminine, peaceful women if she's the opposite it comes off as matching his energy

Matching energy means if I’m on a positive wavelength I want the same energy from another person. Also if I’m a go getter, give gifts etc. I would like a person who also does those things for me-match my energy. It’s like what I give out I would somewhat like the same in return and it doesn’t have to be forced from the other person because they like doing those things for me as well.
