What is the worst physical pain that you’ve ever experienced?

when I was 19... and trying to move furniture around, by myself... lifted something quite heavy, lost balance and I just didn't want to break it so I saved it from falling and shattering.

I only used upper-body strength and my arms, at the time I only had a -hot and cold- sensation in my lower back region, thought it felt funny but the very next morning when I woke up... it was absolute pain and horror, I could not get up, I could not turn around... and I could not move at all, not without my lower back sending all kinds of painful nerve signals through most of my body.

It was scary... the first 48 hours were the worst, I did cry a few times from that much pain, especially when I somehow managed to crawl all the way to the bathroom, twice. The next three days were still quite painful but at least I could move more and enough for my to shower and eat something.

I went through that week without seeing any doctors, didn't take any painkillers either... lol, that didn't help the situation
