Where should tolerance end?

Tolerance, like anything else is about balance. It can easily away too far in one direction or another. Unfortunately as time has passed we have entered into an era where a person can literally be offended about anything, and it can turn into a rallying cry against them.

That's not to say that there hasn't been injustices, because there has, people victims of cruel jokes it abuse. That saida lot of tolerance is also based around humor. What we found funny yesterday can be horribly offensive today.

Tolerance should end when it becomes demonstrably harmful to society. If you can prove with ample, hard evidence that something is harmful, then it is appropriate to cease tolerating it. Although it must be more harmful than the end of peace and all of the strife that will be caused by your own intolerance.

Tolerance should end when the actions of others diminish or threaten your experience or enjoyment of your life. This is a different way of saying that "your rights end where my body begins".
