Nothing.

They'd likely be vastly more advanced than us if they also have radio or something more exotic for communication. If they could reach us. I'd expect such contact to be destructive.

Even if they don't intend to be destructive. Just learning their technology or trading would alter us radically.

If something like trade happened. It would be horrible for us. We'd have nothing to offer them besides resources and maybe exotic (to them) plants, animals and foods. On the flip side all our valuable tech industries, transportation and such would plummet in value. As anything they could produce would suddenly seem ancient and worthless in comparison. I think there'd be a huge global depression. At least until we learned their technology and how to manufacture it.

Then there's also the risk of destruction. We don't pick up any signs of alien life right now. While statistically we should have. The reason could be that there's some advanced xenophobic species out there. One whose preemptively destroying any civilization they detect.
