6'2"/188 cm and up for males
5'9"/175 cm and up for females

SOMEWHAT/KINDA TALL:
6'0"-6'1"/183-187 cm for males
5'7"-5'8"/170-174 cm for females

NOT TALL (SHORT):
5'8"-5'11"/173-182 cm for males
5'3"-5'6"/160-169 cm for females

EXTRA SHORT:
5'7"/170 cm and under for males
5'2"/157 cm and under for females

I don't agree with your categorization of (not tall/short) at all and don't understand the logic behind your post. So average height doesn't exist in your vocabulary?
You didn't include any official sources in your post. According to statistics, the average height for men in a lot of countries is approx 5'9-5'10, therefore 5'11 isn't short at all, but average. Also, the average height for women is 5'4-5'5, therefore 5'6 isn't short.
I would appreciate an answer to this comment instead of deleting it
