Trauma, people not being up to ur expectations, for example if someone has let you down many times. It could also be genetically related. Perhaps anger runs throughout ur family. It’s good that you have accepted it, the first step is acknowledgment. If it’s affecting you life a lot you should try anger management therapy

  Maybe you have had some issues with people having anger related issues. For example If one of ur closest friend or family member has had anger issues, you might have hated the way his temper affected his relationship with others
