How do you find solutions to your problems?

Depends on the problem. A few samples:

A task on my work can be solved by searching google or collaborating/brainstorming with my team.
People problems on my work can be solved by talking to parties involved/escalating them to a higher authority.
Monetary problems, I usually create a spreadsheet of my income and expenses and plan to cut out anything no longer needed on the expenses.

It's basically sit down, analyze. Think of the things you have control with and find the appropriate solution.

then calculate,
after that I estimate,
find out the determinate,
then I come up with a plan I can create.
After doing this all I kick my plan out of the gate. 😅😅
Just kidding, I prefer thinking two to three ideas to do a thing so that I don't have a problem.

Plan ahead to avoid the problem in advance, prevention is easier than trying to fix some impossible problem.

If it comes down to the impossible, find solutions, don't point out why it won't work, give it a shot.

Depending on the problem. But solutions can come from doctors, friends or family (that you trust), google, GAG lol
Or sometimes I don’t find a solution 🤷‍♀️

I go online and do research. There are a lot of how to videos on YouTube. I use it a lot. It is amazing what you can find.
