Have you ever ran into someone you had sex with and didn't remember that you have? Was it awkward when you suddenly remembered who they are?

I recently had a guy come up to me and say hi, at a store. He introduce me to his young son. I had no idea who he was, I did not recognize him. He then said his name and while I did not recognize him (he had changed too much) I remembered his name.

This was rather awkward, especially since his wife came up next and he introduced me as a former friend.

I had a situation where it wasn’t in person, but over text…
I had hooked up with this guy when I was drunk and high, we were hanging out with a group of friends, and I woke up the next morning and just wanted nothing to do with them so I distanced myself and never contacted them again. This was about 5 years ago when I was 19.
Just recently, the guy I hooked up with years ago, sent me my own instagram post for Thanksgiving and proceeded to just go on and on about how he would like to be my boyfriend, he’s never felt this much love for someone, would want something serious with me, etc.
I’m just like… Uhhhh, I have not talked to you in YEARS, I am sober, I moved on with my life, and I am doing good… I don’t need a guy who still continues to do the same things he did when he was 19 (smoke, party, drink, no job, no car, etc). It was so embarrassing. I just told him that I am not looking for anything right now and that I changed my life for the better. He proceeded to continuously text me saying again, that he’s not just trying to hook up, he wants something serious, he loves me, and asked for my number, snapchat, etc, and said he misses me… Like wtf! I just told him I am not interested and blocked him. 😬
