Yes I have and it has happened more then once, the first time was when we had moved to a new house, it was new to us but was actually pretty old.
I didn't believe in ghostly or supernatural phenomenon before we lived in that house, one night while sleeping in living room I woke up amd I could look all around and could think normally but I could not move and I could not make any sound or the sound I did make was coming out like autism speaking kid or something, I tried reaching over to my wife but could not and then it felt like something was holding me Down and I was freaking out until I came out of it.
We never really left in in our room because of the strange feeling , my 6 year old said he would ee a woman outside hi window at night sometimes.
A picture of my wife revealed a Grey face of a woman over her shoulder, a hand print on the fog on bathroom mirror and the negative looked like a graveyard in mirror and a Pic of TV that was off had a creepy face in it, anyway experienced sleep paralysis one more time their.
Moved to a different house and experienced it again and at this point 8 had read up on it and think it is the state one needs to be in to Astral project but I don't know I'm waiting for it to happen again to see if I can not freak out and control it.

Yeah it was scary I woke up around 3am (scary time) and my arms and legs felt frozen like I couldn't move em at all I tried to move em but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't move at all. Them I felt this heavy weight on my chest like something was slowly lowing it's self down on me. I tried to make a noise but all that came out was like a tiny sqeul sound. I couldn't open my mouth either so I had to breath through my nose after what felt like forever I was finally able to open my mouth and take some deep breaths then after I got about 3 breaths in I felt my arms and legs come back and the pressure was gone

Personally I haven't, but I knew two guys that told me they had it. It is very scary to have it happen. One of the guys said that he thought he was being abducted in his sleep. And just before he woke up he felt as if they returned him to his bed. It really freaked him out. The other guy felt like he couldn't move at all, even though in his mind he wanted to get up but felt like his whole body was paralyzed.

Yes and it's horrible... I now realise that it's demonic.
It happened to me once and was scary because I was laying on my side and I felt as if someone was hugging me from behind and I wanted to scream and call for my mum next door but I couldn't get any sound out, I couldn't move at all.I used to experience this all the time. You could try a change in diet. Or elevating your upper body when you sleep at night. Also, try changing your sleep routine. Maybe try going to be earlier or later. Then waking up at the same time every morning.
Yes twice and it's amazingly similar to the stories below. I was on my side and realized i could see my alarm clock change time but was unable to move. I heard whispers that sounded like words but I couldn't make them out. It felt like there was something inside and outside of my bedroom. I remember wanting to make a run for it but was completely frozen. I could not lift my arms or move my head.
Then I heard something whisper in my ear really close. That scared the crap out of me, and I found the strength to sit up like as i overpowered someone holding me down.
I used so much energy doing it I fell out of bed and instantly the whispers stopped.Yeah one time I saw some zombies around me screaming and I was terrified I couldn't move and thought I was high on drugs. I knew it was a hallucination but not being able to move and breathe was weird and scary. I got out of it by imagining myself transforming into a Super Saiyan and immediately the zombies all vanished and I woke up. Then they came back with a vengeance so I powered up and became a Super Saiyan God (in my mind ofc). I must've gotten a huge metaphysical zenkai boost because I was able to fend off future sleep paralysis events by charging up my "spiritual" energy and not going Super.
I thought i did once. My whole room lit up blue.. I was really tired & didn't give a shit figured there was a cop in the parking lot. Than i hear all these dogs start howling & i got pissed & was able to sit up & look but when i looked out the window there was a ufo outside hovering between our two apartment buildings... than i definitely couldnt move at all.. Couldnt even wake my lady up. She said it was some form of sleep paralysis. The neighbor up top had the same paralysis cause they saw what i saw & heard all the dogs holwing too. At least i didn't see the bent neck lady.. Or realised i was bent neck lady. Thats the worst.
Yes. It was scary, I thought I was awake but I couldn’t move and I saw this creepy ass shadow figure in the background. It happens a few times if I don’t get enough sleeo
I had it a few times that I like couldn't move, but I'd wake myself up.
One time though a month or two ago, I could move but had trouble breathing no idea if either was the sleep paralysisYeah. Two of them have creeped me out a lot. 1. I was "paralyzed" sleeping on my side and felt something was standing behind me. On the corner of my eye I just saw a portion of a black, something... it was accompanied by rapid breathing right behind my head (like really fast breathing). 2. I remember experiencing a sleep paralysis where I was continuously opening and closing my eyes shut. I opened my eyes and saw a woman with long jet black hair, eyes that were wide open and grayish skin with hints of black. I was freaking out and tried opening and closing my eyes in order to wake up. I also tried to move my legs to which I finally woke up.
Yes its horrible i feel like a demon is holding me down
Not that I can remember. Does sound terrifying though
Yes once. Was not able to move for 15 mins, when I wanted to get up and open my eyes and i could feel myself breathe and only just breathing in full consiousness and finally I decided to do nothing and just close my eyes and relax..
and I thought I may die but I feel no pain
Then I slept and normally woke up and then I was like omg what just happened to me omg 😃 hahaYes I have had this. I also have the one where I grind my teeth but I am wide awake and cannot stop it.
I’ve experienced it a lot. At first it was the old hag and shadow figures, then it became this tall, pale man with red eyes and a hysterical, murderous smile that went from ear to ear. I only see him when I have sleep paralysis. It’s really creepy. Most of the time he’s just watching me from different areas of the room, but sometimes he says stuff in a hiss.
It's happened to me numerous times throughout the years. I noticed it was more likely of I had pinched a nerve in my back. It's all related the muscular response and nervous system.
Your body naturally releases chemicals at certain levels of sleep so that you don’t act out your dreams. If you wake up during that stage it can feel a bit like you are paralyzed for a short amount of time. The human body is pretty amazing.
Partial sleep paralysis yes, I was able to move somewhat but not very far. The. out unlikely thing snapped me out of it though... a very loud morning fart fully woke me up. I suppose it was the sudden sound shocked me awake 🤣.
It was... and interesting say to say the least...I've heard about this, it sounds scary but fortunately it never happened to me.
Yes. I saw the Hat Man shape figure back when it happened
Yes! It's super annoying like omgsh , it's Soo hard to tell what reality is during that time ,😱😱😆
Yes it’s scary asf I had it really bad for years sleeping became a terrifying experience for me
