Yes I have and it has happened more then once, the first time was when we had moved to a new house, it was new to us but was actually pretty old.
I didn't believe in ghostly or supernatural phenomenon before we lived in that house, one night while sleeping in living room I woke up amd I could look all around and could think normally but I could not move and I could not make any sound or the sound I did make was coming out like autism speaking kid or something, I tried reaching over to my wife but could not and then it felt like something was holding me Down and I was freaking out until I came out of it.
We never really left in in our room because of the strange feeling , my 6 year old said he would ee a woman outside hi window at night sometimes.
A picture of my wife revealed a Grey face of a woman over her shoulder, a hand print on the fog on bathroom mirror and the negative looked like a graveyard in mirror and a Pic of TV that was off had a creepy face in it, anyway experienced sleep paralysis one more time their.
Moved to a different house and experienced it again and at this point 8 had read up on it and think it is the state one needs to be in to Astral project but I don't know I'm waiting for it to happen again to see if I can not freak out and control it.
Yeah it was scary I woke up around 3am (scary time) and my arms and legs felt frozen like I couldn't move em at all I tried to move em but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't move at all. Them I felt this heavy weight on my chest like something was slowly lowing it's self down on me. I tried to make a noise but all that came out was like a tiny sqeul sound. I couldn't open my mouth either so I had to breath through my nose after what felt like forever I was finally able to open my mouth and take some deep breaths then after I got about 3 breaths in I felt my arms and legs come back and the pressure was gone
Yes ! Its how it happens 😲😲
Yeah thats happend to me before I've had dreams I've died before it gelt so real it scared the shit out of me when i woke up because i dreampt a was dying nd i was talking to my dad in heaven and he sent me back to earth to l8ve my life beford i go but as i was waking up slowly i couldnt breath properly nd then a woke fully up and lay in my bed alone silently crying in fear its happdnd a few times I've had a lot of scary dreams that feel real av herd voices in my sleep or when I've jst woke up wicked voices telling me i can't succes like laughing noises but in a scary way or slite far away voices nd drempt thetes been killers down my stairs it felt that real that i walked down thd stairs slowly with a knife and there was no one there
Ano its freaky shit man
Personally I haven't, but I knew two guys that told me they had it. It is very scary to have it happen. One of the guys said that he thought he was being abducted in his sleep. And just before he woke up he felt as if they returned him to his bed. It really freaked him out. The other guy felt like he couldn't move at all, even though in his mind he wanted to get up but felt like his whole body was paralyzed.

Yes and it's horrible... I now realise that it's demonic.
It happened to me once and was scary because I was laying on my side and I felt as if someone was hugging me from behind and I wanted to scream and call for my mum next door but I couldn't get any sound out, I couldn't move at all.
Yes...
Yeah one time I saw some zombies around me screaming and I was terrified I couldn't move and thought I was high on drugs. I knew it was a hallucination but not being able to move and breathe was weird and scary. I got out of it by imagining myself transforming into a Super Saiyan and immediately the zombies all vanished and I woke up. Then they came back with a vengeance so I powered up and became a Super Saiyan God (in my mind ofc). I must've gotten a huge metaphysical zenkai boost because I was able to fend off future sleep paralysis events by charging up my "spiritual" energy and not going Super.
I used to experience this all the time. You could try a change in diet. Or elevating your upper body when you sleep at night. Also, try changing your sleep routine. Maybe try going to be earlier or later. Then waking up at the same time every morning.
Yes twice and it's amazingly similar to the stories below. I was on my side and realized i could see my alarm clock change time but was unable to move. I heard whispers that sounded like words but I couldn't make them out. It felt like there was something inside and outside of my bedroom. I remember wanting to make a run for it but was completely frozen. I could not lift my arms or move my head.
Then I heard something whisper in my ear really close. That scared the crap out of me, and I found the strength to sit up like as i overpowered someone holding me down.
I used so much energy doing it I fell out of bed and instantly the whispers stopped.
I thought i did once. My whole room lit up blue.. I was really tired & didn't give a shit figured there was a cop in the parking lot. Than i hear all these dogs start howling & i got pissed & was able to sit up & look but when i looked out the window there was a ufo outside hovering between our two apartment buildings... than i definitely couldnt move at all.. Couldnt even wake my lady up. She said it was some form of sleep paralysis. The neighbor up top had the same paralysis cause they saw what i saw & heard all the dogs holwing too. At least i didn't see the bent neck lady.. Or realised i was bent neck lady. Thats the worst.
Yes. It was scary, I thought I was awake but I couldn’t move and I saw this creepy ass shadow figure in the background. It happens a few times if I don’t get enough sleeo
yeah i gets scared too, i fear to go to sleep AGAIN
I had it a few times that I like couldn't move, but I'd wake myself up.
One time though a month or two ago, I could move but had trouble breathing no idea if either was the sleep paralysis
Yeah. Two of them have creeped me out a lot. 1. I was "paralyzed" sleeping on my side and felt something was standing behind me. On the corner of my eye I just saw a portion of a black, something... it was accompanied by rapid breathing right behind my head (like really fast breathing). 2. I remember experiencing a sleep paralysis where I was continuously opening and closing my eyes shut. I opened my eyes and saw a woman with long jet black hair, eyes that were wide open and grayish skin with hints of black. I was freaking out and tried opening and closing my eyes in order to wake up. I also tried to move my legs to which I finally woke up.
Yes its horrible i feel like a demon is holding me down
@Brittanyroseee Yes its very Scary, When it happens I can't SLEEP for Next 2-3 Nights !
Not that I can remember. Does sound terrifying though
Yes It is very Scary
Yes once. Was not able to move for 15 mins, when I wanted to get up and open my eyes and i could feel myself breathe and only just breathing in full consiousness and finally I decided to do nothing and just close my eyes and relax..
and I thought I may die but I feel no pain
Then I slept and normally woke up and then I was like omg what just happened to me omg 😃 haha
Yes I have had this. I also have the one where I grind my teeth but I am wide awake and cannot stop it.
Yes Exactly ! You feels you are Captive in your OWN BODY !
I’ve experienced it a lot. At first it was the old hag and shadow figures, then it became this tall, pale man with red eyes and a hysterical, murderous smile that went from ear to ear. I only see him when I have sleep paralysis. It’s really creepy. Most of the time he’s just watching me from different areas of the room, but sometimes he says stuff in a hiss.
I asked this question " SERIOUSLY " Its Not a horror movie Plot
You may keep a knife ( made of Iron ) just below your mattress ( where you keep your pillow )
It's happened to me numerous times throughout the years. I noticed it was more likely of I had pinched a nerve in my back. It's all related the muscular response and nervous system.
Your body naturally releases chemicals at certain levels of sleep so that you don’t act out your dreams. If you wake up during that stage it can feel a bit like you are paralyzed for a short amount of time. The human body is pretty amazing.
Partial sleep paralysis yes, I was able to move somewhat but not very far. The. out unlikely thing snapped me out of it though... a very loud morning fart fully woke me up. I suppose it was the sudden sound shocked me awake 🤣.
It was... and interesting say to say the least...
I've heard about this, it sounds scary but fortunately it never happened to me.
Yes. I saw the Hat Man shape figure back when it happened
Shadow figure*
The one that I saw was a black shillouette in a boiler hat with red eyes looming over me until I went back to sleep. And I ended up with night terrors ever sense. At least up until I turned my night terrors into something that helped me sleep rather than course me enough fear that I'd wake up in my parents room having sleep walked into their bathroom while crying and not knowing why or how I got down the stairs and into their room.
There he is 😯
Yes! It's super annoying like omgsh , it's Soo hard to tell what reality is during that time ,😱😱😆
AND... it is not funny? 🙄🙄
Yes it’s scary asf I had it really bad for years sleeping became a terrifying experience for me
Same here, Sometimes I can't sleep for All Night due to this !
I never told anyone about it but you should seek help ASAP I just had to endure mine
Yeah. Less scary when you know what's going on. You're brain just hasn't registered that you're conscious yet so you have no motor functions. Either go back to sleep or wait it out.
Yes, many times. The thing is I can force muself out of it.
It used to happen a lot in my 20s and 30s but not so much over the past 5 years.
i never had it , but few of my friends did but they experienced only once
did they tell you when this happen? When they were going to sleep? or like half sleep- half awake?
yaa one boy was like around 18 when that happened to him and like he was soo scared and yaa he was sleep was like consicously he knew he was sleeping , weird right , but that happened to him once only
Yes. I can feel pressure above me or below me. I feel very scared and paranoid. It's like there's something in the room with me.
It has happened a few times. The first time I experienced sleep paralysis it scare d the life out of me. I wanted to move so bad but could barely take a breath.
did you try to put any knife or something made of iron just below your bed?
it's a kind of superstitious remedy used by people to keep the evil spirits away while a human is sleeping
Yes but when I was a young kid. They were terrifying!
Somewhat? But I was still partially in the dream I think
yeah i had once , i was sleeping and i dreamed one of my teachers was burrying me alive then i woke up and i coudn't move or talk
No, I'm barely asleep. You couldn't walk past my room without waking me.
Kind of, I got really sick at some point where I got delirious. I was aware I was stuck in it, but like sleep paralysis, I couldn't do anything about it.
Never but I heard some people saying it can be pretty scary.
Yes and that s*** was f****** up I thought my house was haunted I just moved into the place
I haven’t. I have slept on an arm and woke up petrified that I was paralyzed before my smarts came back.
Yes, only once. I did something extremely stupid and sinned against God and paid for it.
You feels it Devilish?
Indeed.
It happens with me like 2-3 times in a Year and I can't sleep due to Apprehension
Yes, I have. It's strange. But usually, a full bladder makes my body move automatically.
I have had a few ans no, they are not fun experiances.
It's terrifying, you always feel like there's imminent danger but you can't move or even speak
Only once. It was not a fun experience. I wanted to move but I couldn't.
Yes. I get creeped out and unable to move or scream
Yeah but prayer cured me from it
I don’t even know what that is really
Once.. it was horrible
No and hope I never do

You mean the shadow people? Or spirits?
