When it's cold outside, if you know how to dress appropriately, you can keep warm.

When it's hot outside, you can take off all your clothes but you will still be hot.

Give me cold any day. I can always warm up, but sometimes it is harder to cool down. I also burn more calories when it is cold, because your body is trying to generate heat

I hate cold weather. One of the reasons I live in Florida (besides low taxes and near zero-gun control) is because of the warm weather.

Neither? I have a very small window of temperatures that make me comfortable lol. But if I had to choose, I guess I would say cold. You can always bundle up and drink hot chocolate, but I hate getting all sweaty the second I walk outside.
