Do you prefer cold or hot weather?

Hot weather by far. I live in Ontario and it's not bad right now. Only -7 degrees Celsius (or 19.4 farenheit), but the snow is piled about 2 feet high and shoveling it each morning is shit. Then there's the ice, and slush and blistering cold wind that freezes your face off and instantly makes your nose run in alleyways. It's depressing and drains the life out of me. I also don't have too much fat to keep me warm.

An observation I've made is that fatter people tend to prefer colder weather, and my guess is it's because they stay warmer and because they aren't particularly confident in their bodies and prefer covering up.

Cold please. Near freezing is good. A few degrees above or below is my window of comfort. Sleeping is so much better in cold dry air. No twice a day showers or having to change clothes multiple times. Sweater weather... no ironing shirts! Hot soups and stews. Comfort food.

Cold, I love wearing long layers, and it’s easier to warm up than it is to cool down.

I grew up in the cold Midwest and I moved south 30 years ago. The cold sucks. I can handle it in controlled doses. It's winter time in north Texas, and it's cold, but not COLD. If you know what I mean.

I prefer spring and autumn. Where I live, it gets really hot in the summer. That's great if you are on vacation and have time to enjoy the weather. It's not easy when you're out working.

I hate being cold, but don't mind cold weather if I have adequate clothing. I can happily go skiing when it's 20F or -5C. I can tolerate heat but it can be dangerous.
