I absolutely adore the names Cody, Sam, Lance, Parker, Scottie, Rico, Calvin, Jace, Riley, Bodhi, and Jesse. They’re such beautiful names in my opinion. I also love the names Sydney, Sasha, Shawna, Tessa, Payton, and Raven. I’d love if my name had been Raven. I used to like all the names above as future baby names til I grew up and realized those names are common af haha. Anyways, i still adore the names in general and some as nicknames.

Every name that I typically use for characters when writing or names I'd use for my own children is one that I greatly enjoy:

Male: Tom Cruise (no, I'm not apologizing), Wolfgang (which is also my stage name), Oslo, Ansgar, Theartis, James/Jamie, Ares, Atashan, Ashley, Briar, Ethan, Edannon "Edan", Erisdar "Eris", Edgar, Jace, Jason, Jeffrey/Geoffrey, Liam, William, Francis/Frances, Cody, Theodrous, Gareth, and obviously I also love my own name, which is awfully close to the last (for reference I share the same name as Dr. Hari Seldon's actor from Foundation just anglicized... now go Google one of my fav actors)

Female: Amy Addams (still not apologizing), Katrine/Katarina, Isolde, Katja, Katherine, Karlina/Karline, Selene/Celine, Dana, Isdris, Hera, Althea, Demeter, Rachel, Edith, Esther, Neona, Nina, Neely, Janelle, Harlowe, Jamie, Francis/Frances, William, Blaine, Forrester, Cameron, Axhya, Xylanthe, Calatha, Robyn, Keldara, Selmathie, Tyernan

Some of these are normal names, some are just from my native German/French roots, a few are Indian/African and others are straight fucking fantastical that I just enjoy and would 100% use in real life. Good luck decyphering.

I have a strange obsession with Wolves, I have 3 tattooed on my body already with plans for more.
Wolfgang literally means "Path of The Wolf". It's Germanic and is what my mother (a German immigrant) originally wanted to call me. Hence why I took it as my stage name. Denotes my roots.

I dunno how you'd pronounce it, but Theartis is the first name of what I consider to be the greatest character I ever wrote, Det. Theartis Jensyn. Though he goes almost exclusively by Jensyn and his first name isn't learned until his first prequel. I personally pronounce it when reading it as "Th-air-tis" but I like "Th-ear-tis" as well.
Edannon is also "Ee-dan-on" while the nickname "Edan" sounds like "Eden".
Erisdar "Eris" is similarly "Air-is". Axhya is pronounced like "Asia" except with a "Z" instead of an "S".

I'm trying to think if there are any other names. I write A LOT and tend to reuse most of the male and female names since I am very picky and don't like a lot of names, especially generic ones like Tom, Paul, David is okay, John can be alright.

There are also, like I said, more fantastical ones I sometimes throw for when I want to make a character sound special or for aliens. Axhya, Neona, Theartis, Keldara, Selmathie, Proxima, Starryana, Xylene, Xarann, these are all good examples. The only Humans in that list of character names are Theartis and Neona but they'd work for someone IRL. Oh, Cortaine, which is French, but sounds ethereal anyway and I love it. Etrian, Jaurneriel, Azuriel, Tiena, Axaeria, Elven names.
