I want to say women probably are more in touch and vocal because that is what is acceptable by societal norms. I also believe men understand their issues well too, but they don't say much because it is seen as bitching, weakness or no one would care if they said anything.

It falls down to individuals, but in terms of self criticism I will say probably men. We internalize a lot of our feelings and thoughts, but we reflect on shit we have done or learned from all the time.

It varies, but I'd say men.

Some women are quick to defend other women regardless of how stupid or bitchy they behave - I'm not generalising before some angry psycho attacks me.

Men will openly admit there are bad guys other there , but ladies rarely do the same when it comes to their gender.

Look at DV for example. Women commit DV at the same rate as guys , lesbian women have the highest rates of DV 48% but to women , men are the only abusers out here.

Today, it's definitely men. Modern women think far too highly of themselves to be as self aware as they clearly need to be.

I think it's us, I'm afraid. Women tend to be more introspective and self critical than we are. Guys have a high tendency to just fight or argue an issue isn't an issue, as opposed to thinking about it and subsequently changing their behavior.
