Do you think Turkish people who don’t speak English should be allowed to use this website?

I am a Turkish girl and I know English without using a translator. I learn English at school but I was speaking to another Turkish guy on here who told me he doesn’t know English and he used Google Translate to ask questions on this website.

I noticed his English was not very good and I ask him if he actually knows English or was using Google translate and he told me he was using Google translate and his level of English is low.

Why not girl? Are Turks not human? There is no problem for Turks either to use this site, as people from all other ethnicities are allowed to use this site. My English is terrible too, I am trying to improve my English by getting help from good people here. I think you should try this tactic.

I'm scrolling through dozens of questions by English speakers on here, and only about 20% of them are actual sentences or complete thoughts.

I think that if you're trying to get better at English this is a good site as long as you're at an intermediate level of speaking.

As long as it does not break the grammar rules on using English and it’s understandable.

there are users on the site who dyslexia, poor level of English etc, it would be wrong to kick people just for that.

Yes, because they're trying. It's different if they were speaking in Turkish, but English as a second language has got to be difficult, so practice makes perfect.
