It's pretty clear, just chemicals reacting with chemicals to make things like gas, like metals, like bactira, like plants all because of energy. That all came from the singularity black hole.
People want it more complex because life is "Special" but it's no more complex than how metal exists or how we can generate electricity it's the universe doing that x10000 because all that energy has to do something.
