Who designed all this life?

Women often feel the need to apply makeup, dress well, and present themselves in a certain way. Sex exists, men desire and seek out women, they engage in sexual activity, and new children are born, among other things.

Who designed or created this universal order? I’m not referring to evolution or biology. Who wanted this order to be as it is? Is there no god or creator behind it all?
