I’d say the top one, but I’m a guy so I probably wouldn’t bank too much on my response.
if you’re looking to take better pictures though, I’d suggest messing with different angles, making sure the light is fully on your face, smiling and looking at the camera. Also postures a huge factor in selfies. Also if you’re looking to attract girls on social media, it’s statistically proven that selfies are less effective than full body pictures, and again selfie or not, posture is huge. Back straight, chest out, shoulders back, head held up
