Back from 2 years a sum of 50,000$ worth nothing, maybe it can buy you a luxurious car but nothing more than this!

Now in the present day because our financial crisis and the huge drop in our currency in front of the U. S dollar currency, you make a lot of things with 50k dollars, such as buying a small house or buying a lot of things or being able to sit at home and live a comfortable life till the day you die!

In 2017, my whole belonginga from lands to garage, 2 houses, my car and my bank account were estimated to nearly 1 million U. S dollars but now these same belongings can barely give me 300K dollars at max if i sell them all!

A huge drop but i'm still thankful to god that i can still manage to live, my whole life have changed but i have hope that nothing remains the same...

Buy plots of land people.
In areas where they would develop soon.
Easy low risk, good yield option.

And in 20 years it will be around 500k.

I mean you go to gamble in vegas or in the stock market of you want to give it away.

Kind of sad to see so many would just spend it all or half of it.

🤷 put it into savings since honestly its not a large amount compared to the cost of living now a days... Cars medical and homes are expensive! And that kind of money can be spent in less than a year.
Savings and use it slowly...

Buy Land, Build a house... Yes, I'm aware of the cost of things, I work construction and realize $50k doesn't go very far if you want a house, BUT as far as spending $25k~$30k on rural acreage with well and septic on it and using the rest as down payment money $50k isn't too bad.

Give it to me and I'll let you know! At the moment, I'd use about half of it to buy this house back from the bank and pay off the car. IF there was enough left over, I might have another floor added to this tiny house.
