The first thing I would do is give 150,000,000 to my mom to help her pay for rent and hopefully buy a new house for us. Then give 15,000,000 to my church! They do so much for others and giving them so much money would help them immensely. Then another 50 M to organizations that work with my church to help others. Then 50 M I would give to random strangers, mostly those who can’t afford their own place to live. Then the other 5 M I would give to my sister after using a little bit to open up a bank account for her so she doesn’t have to carry around 5 M dollars lol. Then I would only keep 0.1 M for myself just so I can pay to open my own bank account and use that money to pay for my self. Then the 0.9 M I would use to pay take my mom, sis and I on a vacation trip and also let my friends come and then we can have a fun friend trip. And then the last 4 M I would give to my friends. And mind you that’s between like 10 of them. Lol. I would want others to have the money. I would be beyond extremely selfish to keep that money. That is what I would do with the money.

I have no use for that much money, so my end goal would be to give it away. Yes, I'd use some for myself, but I couldn't possibly spend that much. I'd buy a car, nothing fancy. I'd do some upgrades to the house, but I wouldn't move. I'd travel some, but wouldn't stay at five star hotels (because I don't like them).

I'd call all my friends and tell them to pick a charity to donate a million dollars to in their name. (most of my friends don't actually need money for themselves)

With the vast majority I would invest it for the greatest return so I could give away the most money.

Open a bowling alley/snooker/pool hall, focusing on serious players, so lanes/tables maintained to highest levels, making bowling alley the premium venue for regional tournaments.
Join the World Poker Tour and European Bowling Tour
Hire a nanny.

Some will go to to charity, my family and friends, University tuition for my sisters and me (maybe cousins). Some will be for everyone to have lots of fun and the rest will be saved for emergencies.

I would buy masks and go out in disguise and relocate to avoid being tracked cause many people would want to kidnap you for money. If there was no immediate place to live, I would rent a hotel.
